In plain language: Use BetterMoslim for its intended purpose — bettering yourself. Don't misuse the app, don't share your account, and treat the Islamic content with the respect it deserves. We'll do our best to keep the app running well and your data safe.
By downloading, installing, or using BetterMoslim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BetterMoslim is operated by Rising Seed Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rising Seed Ltd.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BetterMoslim. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
You may use BetterMoslim as a guest (data stored locally only) or create an account for cloud sync and premium features. If you create an account:
BetterMoslim is free to download with core features available at no cost. Premium features require a one-time Lifetime purchase.

The Lifetime purchase is processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. It is a one-time payment with no recurring charges and no cancellation needed.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We are unable to process refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. We may offer goodwill refunds in exceptional circumstances — contact us at support@bettermoslim.com
You agree to use BetterMoslim only for its intended purpose. You must not:

BetterMoslim contains Quranic verses, hadith, adhkar, and du'as. This content is presented for personal spiritual practice and educational purposes. We ask all users — Muslim or not — to handle this content with appropriate respect.
We have taken care to source all Islamic content from established scholarly references. If you believe any content is incorrectly attributed or religiously inaccurate, please report it to content@bettermoslim.com
Content you create in BetterMoslim (goals, reflections, du'as, journal entries) belongs to you. By storing this content in BetterMoslim, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not access, read, or use your personal journal entries for any purpose other than storing and returning them to you. Your private reflections are yours.
You may export all your data at any time from Settings → Data Management → Export.
BetterMoslim, including its design, features, code, and brand identity, is owned by Rising Seed Ltd. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Rising Seed logo and BetterMoslim name are trademarks of Rising Seed Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our app or brand assets without written permission.
BetterMoslim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.
BetterMoslim is a productivity and habit-tracking tool — it is not a substitute for medical advice, mental health care, religious counseling, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for these matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rising Seed Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BetterMoslim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
